Workplace Support

Co-Coaching is a process to reduce or eliminate friction at work around reasonable adjustments.  Many people with a neurodivergent condition find it difficult to ask for reasonable adjustments and sometimes can’t even decide what they need.  At the other side of the equation, managers frequently find themselves not knowing what is needed or what to offer as reasonable adjustments.  The resultant confusion can lead to stress at work, sick leave and unnecessary conflict.

Co-Coaching is offered as a package of six sessions and an outline agreement report.  The coach will see the neurodivergent worker, then the manager/HR professional, then run a joint meeting.  This can be followed up after 4 weeks to review progress in the same three-session pattern, and a closing report is written to provide a basis for reasonable adjustments.

Co-Coaching can pay for itself in sick leave reduced or prevented, and both co-coaching and reasonable adjustments may be supported by DWP Access to Work funding in some circumstances.
